1 · AcceptanceAcceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScalperX (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2 · ServiceNature of Service

ScalperX provides:

• Algorithmic automated trading strategies focused on XAU/USD (gold).
• Copy-trading services via third-party brokers.
• Trade execution automation and risk management tools.

ScalperX does not act as a broker, custodian, or financial institution.

3 · No AdviceNo Financial Advice

All services provided are:

• For informational and automation purposes only.
• Not investment advice, portfolio management, or financial recommendations.

You are solely responsible for:

• Your trading decisions.
• Your capital allocation.
• Your risk exposure.

4 · RiskRisk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments — especially leveraged products like Forex and gold — involves high risk, including:

• Partial or total loss of capital.
• High volatility and slippage.
• Broker-related execution risks.

Past performance, backtests, or displayed results:

• Are not guarantees of future performance.
• May not reflect real market conditions.

You agree that you understand and accept these risks before using the Platform.

5 · BrokersAccount & Broker Relationship

• Users must open and maintain an account with a third-party broker.
• ScalperX integrates via copy trading or API access.
• All funds are held by the broker, not by ScalperX.

ScalperX:

• Has no control over broker execution, spreads, or outages.
• Is not liable for broker-related losses.

6 · FeesPricing, Fees & Promotional Offers

Where applicable:

• Profit-sharing fees may be automatically deducted via broker systems.
• Fee structure will be disclosed before activation.

You authorize:

• Automatic deduction of agreed performance fees.
• Execution of trades on your behalf via copy trading.

6.1 — Subscription Pricing

Subscription prices listed on the website are denominated in US Dollars (USD) and charged through our payment processor in UAE Dirhams (AED) at the disclosed conversion. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of checkout.

6.2 — Promotional & Launch Pricing

Current pricing may reflect a limited-time launch promotion of approximately 50% off our standard list prices. Strikethrough prices shown alongside current prices represent our standard list prices that will apply when the promotion ends.

By subscribing during a promotional period, you acknowledge that:

• Promotional discounts apply to the initial billing term at the rate displayed at checkout.
• For monthly recurring subscriptions, your subscription will continue to renew at the promotional rate so long as it remains uninterrupted, unless we provide advance notice of a price change.
• For annual recurring subscriptions, the promotional rate applies to the initial annual term; renewal at the next annual cycle may occur at the then-current list price, with at least 30 days’ advance notice.
• Lifetime purchases (e.g., BrokerX Lifetime) are honored at the rate paid at the time of checkout and are not subject to renewal or repricing.

We reserve the right to modify our standard list prices, end promotional offers, or revise the terms of any promotion at any time, without prior notice except where required by law. Any change to your billing rate will be communicated by email to the address associated with your account in advance of the change.

7 · GuaranteesNo Guarantees

ScalperX does not guarantee:

• Profitability.
• Daily or monthly returns.
• Drawdown limits.

Any marketing references (e.g., percentage returns) are illustrative, not contractual.

8 · ResponsibilitiesUser Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Maintain account security.
• Monitor your account regularly.

You must not:

• Misuse the system.
• Attempt to reverse engineer algorithms.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

9 · AvailabilityService Availability

ScalperX:

• May modify, pause, or discontinue services at any time.
• Does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Downtime may occur due to:

• Market conditions.
• Broker issues.
• Technical maintenance.

10 · LiabilityLimitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScalperX shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses.
• Missed opportunities.
• System errors or delays.
• Broker failures.

Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

11 · Intellectual PropertyIntellectual Property

All content, algorithms, and branding are the property of ScalperX. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without written permission.

12 · TerminationTermination

ScalperX may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated.
• Suspicious or abusive activity is detected.

Users may stop using the service at any time.

13 · JurisdictionCompliance & Jurisdiction

• Users are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.
• Services may not be available in restricted jurisdictions.

14 · AmendmentsAmendments

ScalperX may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
