Sign-up & first steps
How do I sign up?
Pick a tier on the Pricing section, enter your email, and click Get started. You'll be redirected to a secure checkout to complete payment.
What happens after I pay?
You're taken to the welcome page, and within 24 hours we email your EA file, your API key, and a setup link. Until then, get your MetaTrader account ready (any broker offering XAU/USD).
Do I need trading experience?
No. ScalperX runs hands-free. You'll never need to read a chart or place a manual trade. Familiarity with MetaTrader is helpful for the one-time setup, but the rest is automatic.
How long until trades start appearing?
Once the EA is attached to a XAU/USD M1 chart and AutoTrading is enabled, the system will fire on the next valid setup. Some days that's a few hours; some days it's the same day. The system stays out when there's no edge.
Can I run it on multiple accounts?
Yes — depending on your tier. SignalX includes 1 account, ScalperX Pro up to 3, BrokerX Lifetime up to 8. Each account gets its own API key and runs independently.
EA installation
Where do I download the EA?
It arrives in your welcome email after payment. The file is named scalperx-ea.ex4 (or .ex5 for MT5).
How do I install the EA?
In MetaTrader: File → Open Data Folder → MQL4 (or MQL5) → Experts. Drop the EA file in, then close and reopen MetaTrader. The EA appears in the Navigator panel under Expert Advisors.
How do I attach the EA to a chart?
Open a XAU/USD chart on the M1 timeframe. Drag ScalperX from the Navigator onto the chart. In the popup, paste your API key on the Inputs tab, click OK, and confirm the AutoTrading button (top toolbar) is green.
Where do I find my API key?
It's in your welcome email. Treat it like a password — anyone with the key can run trades on the linked account. If you lose it or want to rotate, email [email protected].
Do I need a VPS?
Recommended, not required. A VPS keeps MetaTrader running 24/5 even when your laptop is off. We recommend FXVM — purpose-built for MetaTrader, low latency to major brokers. If your computer stays on with stable internet, local works fine for testing.
What to expect
What instruments does ScalperX trade?
One — XAU/USD (gold against the US dollar). The system was built and tuned for gold's specific volatility, liquidity, and reactions to news. We don't trade other pairs.
How often does the system trade?
It varies. The system stays out when conditions don't meet its criteria — sometimes that means several trades in a single day, sometimes a quiet week. Patience is part of the edge.
Why isn't the system trading right now?
Most likely reasons: the current market regime doesn't match a valid setup; spreads are too wide (the system declines when costs erode the edge); or news is imminent and the system is waiting it out. All of these are intended behaviour.
What's the typical trade duration?
Most trades close within a few minutes to a few hours. The system is a scalper-to-intraday hybrid — it does not hold overnight in most cases.
Does the system run 24/5?
Yes. Gold trades through the London and New York sessions plus the Asia overlap. The EA is active whenever the market is open. It pauses on weekends.
Can I override or close trades manually?
Yes — it's your account. You can close any open position from MetaTrader at any time. Doing so means the EA can't manage that exit, so use it sparingly. The system performs best when allowed to manage trades end-to-end.
Payments & cancellation
What payment methods are accepted?
Major credit and debit cards via our payment processor. Charges are processed in AED (UAE dirham); the AED equivalent of each tier is shown under the price on the Pricing section.
How does monthly vs annual billing work?
SignalX and ScalperX Pro are each offered with monthly or annual billing. Annual saves 16% on SignalX and 30% on ScalperX Pro vs the monthly equivalent. BrokerX Lifetime is a one-time payment for lifetime access. You can cancel any recurring plan at any time before the next renewal.
How do I cancel?
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues for the remainder of the current billing period.
Can I switch tiers?
Yes. Email support and we'll prorate the difference toward the new tier. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Am I eligible for a refund?
Refunds are limited — see the full Refund Policy. Trading losses are not refundable. Technical-failure refunds and duplicate-payment refunds may be considered if claimed within 7 days.
Common issues
The EA shows "AutoTrading is disabled"
Click the AutoTrading button at the top of MetaTrader so it turns green. Also confirm the smiley face on the EA (top-right of the chart) is smiling, not frowning — a frown means the EA can't trade.
Trades aren't opening
Check, in order: (1) is AutoTrading on? (2) is the EA's smiley face smiling? (3) is your account balance above the broker's minimum margin? (4) does your broker offer XAU/USD on this account? (5) is the spread within tolerance? The journal tab usually shows the reason.
"WebRequest disabled" in the journal
In MetaTrader: Tools → Options → Expert Advisors, tick Allow WebRequest for listed URL, and add the ScalperX server URL (provided in your welcome email).
My fills are different from the signal price
That's slippage — small differences between the signal price and the actual fill, especially around news or wide spreads. It's normal. If the difference is large or persistent, your broker's spreads are likely the cause; consider a lower-spread broker.
Telegram alerts stopped arriving
Open the ScalperX Telegram bot and tap /start again. If your account API key was rotated, the bot may have lost the link — email support to re-pair.

How do I get support?
Email [email protected] from your account email. Most replies come within one business day. Mark the subject URGENT if it's an active-trading issue.
Is there a Telegram channel?
